It is totally not true.

First, The Family lives longer together with the person longer than you know the person. So the words that they say speaks louder than what you can say.

Secondly, the person often inherits the trades and behaviours of the family the person is in. As he/she is brought up this way and therefore sure has some qualities that are similar.
